Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (delivery times vary by destination and customs processing)

Tracking Information

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Ever Under is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Ever Under is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local post office.

International Orders
